Ok, so you can create a Starclan cat. But this is it. Only ONE. yOU CAN MAKE ONE sTARCLAN CAT and thats it. Why? Because we dont want this to become to complicated. So dont complain because i'm not changing the rule. But, if your cat dies, then they will be moved to the accepted board from what ever clan they came from to accepted Starclan's board. Got it? Good. But please dont make your cat die deliberatly, because once their dead, they can not live again. AND well yah. Thanks! ~Rainfire

But if you make a StarClan cat, and your charrie dies, what happens?
And are you allowed to RP an unnamed StarClan cat, for one occasion, (Chloe), and never RP them again?

No, I wouldn't say that. If they are going to get their nine lives or moonpool(chloe), then its an acception. You can rp them again, but only for that. And if your cat dies, then they get moved to Starclan accepted board. And you can play them. Does that anwser your question?

You can only create one StarClan character.
If you have RPed your cat for at least 3 months, and it dies, then you can count that cat as a StarClan cat.
The only exception is if StarClan cats need to give a leader their 9 lives or talk to a med-cat. Then you can make up one, but it doesn't count as a real cat.
